ORDER CONFIRMATION
After Domus has reviewed your order and confirmed that the item is in stock we will issue an order confirmation. At that point your credit card will be charged for the cost of the merchandise, the shipping and sales tax, if applicable. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the confirmation date. Many of our items are handcrafted and require long periods in order to be replenished. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated arrival date and give you the option of reserving the product.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If Domus has a product specially made for you, your credit card will be charged when the order is received, independently of when the order will be shipped. All special orders are non-returnable.
SALES TAX
Domus collects sales tax to all purchases shipped within New York State. The current rate is 8.375 % for regular merchandise, and 4.375 % for items of clothing under $110.
LOW ORDER CHARGE
There is a low order charge of $2.00 for orders under $15.00.
