SHIPPING
There is a minimum charge of $6.00 for all shipping. DOMUS calculates the shipping charges as we receive your order. This is to insure you get the best possible rate. If the shipping charges are more than the minimum fee DOMUS will notify you by email. We use Fed Ex Ground. Please let us know in the comment box if you would like a quote with another service.

You can ship items to an address other than your billing address by specifying so at the checkout, however please note that we cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have them shipped to different addresses, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that we ship all orders Fed Ex Ground unless you specified differently and cannot ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes. Please expect the shipping to take from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location in the Continental US. For Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories, please contact us at Domus for quotes.

Please note that oversized, heavy and very fragile items may incur additional shipping or handling charges.

RETURN POLICY
We at Domus would like to help you keep returns to a minimum.

Returns aren’t just a monetary loss to you, they also generate waste: more packaging materials that come from trees or petrol by-products; more gas emissions from courier trucks and more traffic and pollution.

If you need to return an item, we will accept returns for a store credit only within 30 days of order confirmation. Shipping charges cannot be credited. The item must be in unused and saleable condition and in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for getting it back to us in good condition, so please pack it properly, particularly if it’s a fragile item. We also recommend that you send it back insured and with a tracking number so as to confirm that we have received your package. DOMUS can not be responsible for the loss of any returned merchandise that has not been insured. DOMUS store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on special order, sale and clearance items.

IMPORTANT: All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA #) clearly written on the outside of the package. Please contact us by phone or e-mail to obtain the RA #. Packages without the RA # will not be accepted.

We package items to withstand handling while in transit, but sometimes damage can occur. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage please contact us straight away to arrange for a replacement. Keep all the original packing material. It will be required for inspection by the shipping company.

Our merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipping, but if the product you received is defective or it’s not the item you have ordered, please contact us and we will arrange to have it picked up from you. If you are returning it for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Refunds are issued only in case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace.
